Stevens Pest Control offers a 'per incident' pest elimination program and a year-round preventative maintenance program.

The ‘per incident’ pest elimination program covers the specific pest you are having trouble with. It carries a one-time charge due to initial service. The program provides unlimited follow-up visits at no additional charge for a warranty period of sixty days.

The year-round preventative maintenance program is our best value. One low fare provides you with a full year of service. The program provides you with three prescheduled preventative maintenance visits spaced four months apart and unlimited follow-up visits during normal business hours throughout the year at no additional charge. The program covers the most common pests, including ants, cockroaches, fleas, occasional invaders (such as spiders and centipedes), mice and rats, stinging insects (such as bees and wasps), and live trapping of varmints (such as raccoons, possums and skunks).
